Most of my growth-and-product craft comes from Košík — Czech e-grocery at scale. I started in analytics (Python forecasting, P&L attribution) and moved into product as the business leaned harder into experimentation and international expansion.
Themes across the years
- Growth: onboarding, personalisation, and experiment culture on web and mobile — including years with strong YoY new-customer growth.
- Efficiency: SEO and performance work that actually moved CAC, not just rankings.
- Operations × product: order completeness and cross-team fixes that customers feel as reliability.
- International: launching Kolichka (Bulgaria) on time and on budget — my first "whole country switch" project.
Analyst years (2019–2021)
Demand forecasting in Python, cost takeout, and a financial attribution model tying company KPIs to the P&L. That background still shapes how I define success metrics in product reviews.
Košík taught me that e-commerce product is logistics with a UI — if ops can't keep promises, no funnel hack saves you.
