I am a Product Lead / Senior PM based in Prague. My background combines product management, analytics, growth, and operational systems across e-commerce, B2B SaaS, logistics, payments, embedded analytics, international expansion, and AI-enabled products.

What I do best

I work on products where the hard part is not only UI, but the operating system underneath: payments, logistics, growth funnels, analytics, onboarding, internationalization, and messy business rules.

My strongest work has usually been below the surface of the UI: fixing operational bottlenecks, simplifying complex workflows, translating local-market constraints into product decisions, and building systems that make teams and customers less dependent on manual work.

Where I fit

Best fit: product-led company, strong engineering culture, real business model, complex workflows, ownership, and room to move metrics.

I am most useful when the problem is ambiguous, commercially important, and messy underneath - not when the job is mostly coordinating tickets or polishing brand campaigns without a product surface.

How I work

I like clear writing, fast discovery, pragmatic delivery, metrics that connect to money, and enough product taste to make complex systems usable.

I connect customer pain, business constraints, and engineering tradeoffs without hiding behind dashboards or strategy decks.

What I am looking for
