I joined Realpad to own product in a B2B proptech platform as the company pushed into new international markets. The work sits at the intersection of enterprise expectations (reliability, configurability) and the speed you need when ARR is growing quickly.
What I focus on
- Product discovery and delivery with business and engineering — turning messy customer reality into a roadmap the team can ship.
- Self-service analytics for enterprise clients so success and product aren't the only people who can answer "how are we doing?"
- Expansion plays: packaging, onboarding, and product gaps that show up when you leave your home market.
What I'd tell someone over coffee
Enterprise SaaS rewards patience with ambiguity. You learn to argue for the smallest experiment that de-risks a quarter, not the biggest rewrite. The fun part is seeing revenue and retention move when analytics and workflows finally match how clients actually run projects.
