OICT

I built operational analytics for OICT - Prague's municipal technology organization - including smart waste-management reporting used by city stakeholders. Public-sector pace, messy field data, and audiences who need clarity rather than raw tables.

The job was the same one I later did in audit and product: make numbers trustworthy enough to act on. Reports had to match what crews saw on the ground, or nobody used them. Reliable weekly cuts beat ambitious dashboards that never opened.

OICT was where I learned that analytics only works if the operator in the room can trust the number - not when the chart looks finished.
