Cleevio

Cleevio was a short, intense chapter: pre-seed B2C SaaS, multimodal AI companion, and the kind of team where product, design, and engineering share one Slack thread.

What we shipped

• A companion app combining fine-tuned GPT-3.5 with voice (ElevenLabs) — thousands of DAU at peak.
• Research, PRDs, and investor-facing narrative that supported a CZK 7.5M pre-seed round.

What I took away

Speed matters, but clarity of the job-to-be-done matters more. In AI products, users forgive rough edges less than you expect; they don't forgive confusion about what the product is for.

I left when the next step in my path pointed toward deeper B2B platform work — but I'm glad I saw fundraising and 0→1 consumer AI up close.
