Cleevio

After years building B2C online grocery through heavy covid and post-covid scaling at Košík, I wanted to see what else the world had to offer. I joined Cleevio, one of Czechia's class A dev agencies, with classic and crypto projects running across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.

My first project was an AI companion app, right as the 2024 hype was starting. Technically it was interesting - we were among the first to wrap ChatGPT, wire ElevenLabs for voice, and prove the stack while most teams were still copying blog posts. We shipped a PoC that worked, prepared a strong investor pitch, and spun the company out with CZK 7.5M pre-seed funding. See the AI companion spin-off for the product story and a UI snapshot.

From early on I had questions about the companion JTBD versus a tool-use positioning. Research sharpened that judgment rather than resolving it. After the round closed I stepped off deliberately - the 0→1 work had succeeded on its terms, and I did not want to keep building a direction I would not stand behind. That is the same product judgment muscle as scope and ethics calls in any PM role, not a drama arc.

Alongside that build I supported the sales process for other Cleevio bids - scoping and client-facing narrative for a Middle East pet delivery app, a European benefit card product, and a global sports app in the Nike+ / Strava lane. Different domains, same job: turn fuzzy ambition into something buildable and priced.
